Design, develop, evaluate and implement customer analytics solutions to satisfy the business area to which he/she assigns to work with.
Perform tasks in the area of business analysis, MIS and Decision Support tools.
To recommend, develop and implement strategic marketing solutions including (but not limited to): - Portfolio Management tools (e.g. Segmentation, Portfolio Analysis) - Pre-campaign / Business Opportunity Analysis - Marketing Model - Test and Learn Campaign Experimental Design - Tracking and evaluation;
Engage with business teams to understand business priorities and thus help prioritize, align and modify analytic projects and marketing campaigns deliverables;
Provide input and insight on infrastructure requirement to improve efficiency for quicker response to business needs;
Lead, coach and provide management support to his/her own team members;
Review business and analytical processes, design and create improved knowledge management process.
Requirements
Degree holder with major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics on related subject;
Knowledge of the banking legacy system;
With at least 8 years of experience preferable in banking industry in similar capacity, with a good understanding of consumer behavior, business and retail banking environment in Hong Kong;
Competent in SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel and VBA;
A team player who possesses good communication skills, is detail oriented and trustworthy, and thinks logically.
