    Description

    • Assist to manage and grow segment portfolio through product penetration and channel usage build up
    • Perform portfolio analysis to identity risk and opportunities in the portfolio
    • Strategize and formulate the effective business model for expanding the all segments, including customer segmentation, channel optimization, products offering expansion, communications, etc.
    • Work with different product / channel teams on product cross-sell strategy so as to maximize the segment revenue
    • Work closely with frontline sales to ensure proper delivery of customer engagement model to enable excellent customer experience
    • Enhance customer loyalty and stickiness through customer delight and communication. Proactively retain customer through effective gating process
    • Develop segment holistic communication plan to increase awareness and usage of expanded network, new banking services and product subscription
    • Ensure proper flows and processes are in force for the touchpoints to deliver the sales and service pledge

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • University graduates with 5 years marketing experience in the banking industry
    • Proactive & flexible, and able to work under pressure
    • Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
    • Numerical & strong logic
    • Proactive to drive business and adopt to dynamic environment
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
