Formulate business strategies on mobile payment initiatives to drive usage in order to achieve business goals and maximize business return;
Assist business growth and decision management by data mining and preparing analysis of spending behaviors of various customer segments;
Organize and implement effective mobile payment related campaigns from end-to-end to achieve high standard of customers satisfaction and uplift customer experience;
Develop & implement mobile payment usage strategies to heighten campaign awareness;
Drive profit margins and enhance business practice through better negotiations with 3rd party vendors & merchant partners and internal parties’ liaison;
Prepare marketing proposal, agency briefs and on time program evaluations;
Monitor program financials and maintain robust expense tracking to ensure efficiency in marketing spend.
Requirements
Qualifications
University Graduate;
Minimum 8 years or above solid marketing experience in banking/card industry;
Sound knowledge & practical marketing experience in credit card industry in particular on mobile payment;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives and project management skills;
Strong supervisory skill and ability to give direction, training & guidance to subordinates;
Fast thinker with creative & determined mind;
Excellent communication & presentation skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
