Manage deposits portfolio and optimize portfolio spread including currency mix and FX volume to deliver financial commitment
Drive new product development initiatives and digital enhancement to build competitive edges and differentiate our banking proposition particularly in rate hike environment
Lead the bank’s payment and transfer strategy and capabilities that include debit card and faster payment system to improve client experience and drive radical digitalization of branch services
Collaborate with Segment Marketing & Channels to build a balanced deposit book while supporting the overall franchise growth
Manage daily product & sales operation including rate setting, transactional approvals as well as monitor market movements to assure optimal interest rates are being set
Oversees product controls, due diligence and service level agreement through regular review of product programs and other internal manuals
Work with Compliance/Risk and Controls to ensure we achieve satisfactory standard for all internal/external audit and policy requirements
Fulfill all internal/external regulatory and control requirement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and update sales and training materials where appropriate
Collaborate with finance team on profitability management
Work with Treasury on benchmarking and implementation
Lead or participate in system project to ensure full product compliance while the enhanced features would continue to deliver remarkable experience for internal users and end clients
Requirements
Qualifications
University or above with 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry
Experience in managing deposit portfolio
Experience in system project management and managing payment apps and functions is an advantage
Sound knowledge in regulatory requirement
Proven track record in managing and driving the growth of retail banking products
Self-initiative, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others, strong sense of compliance awareness
