Responsible for meeting the Personal Installment Loan P&L;
Assist in formulating strategy and execute action items to meet the business revenue and profitability plans;
Good product and project management skills;
Formulate the value proposition and product development for Personal Installment Loan product within policy and regulatory guidelines;
Conduct portfolio analysis and product/pricing test to drive portfolio yield and volume growth;
Monitor portfolio credit performance and liaise with Risk and Credit Initiation to review the credit policy and underwriting process;
Formulate gating and anti-attrition strategy to minimize early settlement and customer attrition;
Identify and partner with different channels (Credit Sales, Telesales, Direct Sales, Branch, Remote and Marketing) to drive cross-sell to existing card/bank customers and acquire new to bank customers for loans;
Design and launch customer marketing and sales incentive programs to support the sales channels and to ensure programs fulfillment;
Partner with Decision Management to achieve effective portfolio management, performance tracking and leads optimization;
Liaise with sales channels and internal partners to review and improve overall efficiency of the sales and operating processes;
Project management;
Support the launch of digital initiatives (e.g. RCE, loan mobile application) and post launch maintenance;
Analytic and reporting;
Monitor channel performance/marketing program effectiveness and take appropriate actions to improve the overall result and customer experience;
Coordination with different parties for timely report update to Management and Region.
Qualifications
University degree holder in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Statistics or Business Administration) or related discipline;
At least 7 years working experience in retail banking or financial services industry with knowledge of Cards and Unsecured Lending is a must;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Organized and possess excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels is required.
