    Position Objective:

    Manage and run the operations & administrative functions under Partnership Distribution to ensure smooth service & operations platform for business partners

     

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    ·             Coordinate with internal and external users on user requirement developments and new initiatives

    ·             Design and review test plan, perform UAT on IT enhancements.

    ·             Coordinate projects and IT enhancements and ensure the project deliverables are completed in good quality and within timeline.

    ·             Analyse data to evaluate performance of the initiative

    ·             Handle daily operational issues and propose enhancements on systems where necessary

    ·             Assist Team Head and Department Head on ad hoc assignments.

    ·        Look for ways to streamline the current workflow to strike for efficient operations

    Requirements

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    ·             University/College graduate with 6 years’ relevant working experiences

    ·             UAT experience is preferred

    ·             Strong sense of ownership

    ·             Proactive and independent

    ·             Will to learn

    ·             Project management experience

    ·             Responsible, detailed-minded and team-oriented

    ·             Analytical skills with good MS knowledge including but not limited to Excel

    ·             Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
