Independently manage in channel service development to ensure successful and timely delivery of new services
Develop and implement channel services by working through the whole development cycle e.g. preparing business proposal, user requirement and planning
Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Identify new service and business opportunity
Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital product/service development and project management in banking/finance industry is preferred
Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control such as TM-E-1 of e-Banking
Knowledge of latest Fintech, digital landscape and trends, innovative and details-oriented
Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
