    Job Description

    • Assist the senior in formulating and implement the network distribution strategy in Hong Kong
    • Establish business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies
    • Perform leasing relating works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast
    • Conduct market research and make recommendation for network expansion with assigned brands in Hong Kong
    • Handle all ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • University graduate or equivalent in property related discipline
    • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, experience in F&B industry is preferable
    • Self-motivated, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, outgoing personality
    • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
    • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
