Business Analyst (Commercial Banking)
Job Description
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and the Sales Division's Service Associates to provide support on account maintenance requests
- Oversee and coordinate various account maintenance activities, including account closure, additional accounts application, customer information update & electronic banking maintenance
- Handle both internal and external enquiries from stakeholders, including system access/entitlement, progress of maintenance requests and customer account information
- Assist in ad-hoc projects pertaining to business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Prior working experience in a commercial banking support environment or operation is a plus
- Ability to provide administrative support in an organized and efficient manner
- Strong execution ability, multi-tasking and prioritization
- Service-oriented
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
