Work closely with Relationship Managers and the Sales Division's Service Associates to provide support on account maintenance requests
Oversee and coordinate various account maintenance activities, including account closure, additional accounts application, customer information update & electronic banking maintenance
Handle both internal and external enquiries from stakeholders, including system access/entitlement, progress of maintenance requests and customer account information
Assist in ad-hoc projects pertaining to business needs
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
Prior working experience in a commercial banking support environment or operation is a plus
Ability to provide administrative support in an organized and efficient manner
Strong execution ability, multi-tasking and prioritization
Service-oriented
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
