    • Job Description

    • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and laptop maintenance
    • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
    • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Provide technical support across the company
    • Set up accounts for new users
    • Repair and replace equipment as necessary and update inventory

    Requirements

    • Degree holder of Computer Science, Information System or other related disciplines
    • At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
    • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
