Treasury and Trade Solutions Asia Proposal Unit is part of the Regional Product Sales Team, with the purpose of maximizing win rates through high quality multi-country/regional and global proposals written and produced on schedule. You will work in the proposal unit to produce customized proposals and presentations in partnership with the regional and country sales teams, as well as to keep the database updated.
Prepare high quality, customized Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Information (RFI) responses for customers within customers’ deadlines
Work with Product to build and maintain robust Q&A database. Ensure consistency and compliance with global and regional standards
Effectively convey information about products and services, managing multiple revisions, edit and re-edit proposal sections as needed, ensuring that proposals maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic
Conduct research on the information included in response documents, by conducting interviews with product partners, attending meetings and trainings
Update and maintain presentation contents in database and collaborate site for Regional and Country Sales teams. Undertake continuous improvement of presentation layout
Be familiar with business's positioning and marketing materials to effectively incorporate contents into database. Champion ‘best practices’ for effective writing
Keep abreast of customer needs and market trends through continuous interaction with sales and product
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration
3-5 years business experience in sales, marketing or proposal writing, or experience in financial services, product marketing experience in major financial institutions
Treasury and Cash product knowledge; understand customer needs and product capabilities is preferred
Strong MS Word and PowerPoint essential
Fluency in English, proficiency in Mandarin at business level
Experience in Qvidian, Adobe Suites, SharePoint or Jive / Collaborate for database a plus
Creative with the ability to present information from a new angle
Attention to detail with strong sense of quality in work
Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills to bridge across deal teams spanning multiple functions / geographies
Strong organizational and planning skills: the ability to manage and synthesize many pieces of solution / technical data into a single, flowing proposal within tight timeline
