職位描述
- Provide one-stop life insurance policy services and drive excellent customer experience;
- Handle customer enquiries and / or ad-hoc life insurance policy servicing requests (including but not limited to premium payment, policy reinforcement);
- Proactively manage policy lapse;
- Act as subject matter expert on life insurance policy services and provide support to frontline (including best practices sharing).
職位要求
- University degree, preferably with LOMA, CFMP qualifications or passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination;
- Professional qualification e.g. LOMA or equivalent will be an advantage;
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry, with exposure in insurance policy administration and customer service a definite advantage;
- Knowledge of life insurance products and solid understanding of insurance operations;
- Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
