Manager, Commercial Banking
職位描述
- Manage, plan and implement sales and service activities on a portfolio of commercial clients;
- Effectively managing, developing, and retaining quality relationships;
- Achieve business targets by identifying and realizing business opportunities in trade and credit solutions, delivering customized one-stop financial services via cross-selling to deepen business penetration into relationship portfolio;
- Protect the bank’s assets and reputation by knowing the customer and their business, monitoring for suspicious behaviour, and taking appropriate action as set forth in operating policies when necessary;
- Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on operations, credit standards, etc.
職位要求
- University graduate with 3 years proven banking experience and relevant exposure in commercial credit;
- Good understanding of commercial banking products and services, preferably trade and credit knowledge;
- Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills;
- Excellent team player with strong motivation and drive to grow business revenue.
