  • 職位描述

    • Derive and drive the overall product strategies for WM &B products including Hong Kong and US Equities, Mutual Funds, Structured Products,  Bonds, Insurance & MPF etc. to meet the department’s business goals
    • Responsible for all new product evaluation process, ongoing product due diligence of WM products
    • Identify new product and business cooperation opportunities with external business partners
    • As a key member of the investment advisory committee, formulate investment house view for Company
    • Identify and develop the Company’s spokespersons on Wealth Management and HK Stocks
    • Lead the product research team to deliver high quality research advisory support covering marco and regional market outlook, HK stocks markets, latest market news as well as other WM products to sales force and clients on a regular and ad hoc basis 
    • Work with Sales Training department to provide relevant product related training with focus on WM products to sales force
    • Apply expert knowledge to contribute to, and work closely with, marketing and sales departments on all product-specific marketing and cross-product initiatives
    • Work closely with all internal departments including Legal, Compliance, Dealing, IT and Operations, etc. to ensure all product approval and sales procedures are comply with regulatory requirement
    • Obtain market intelligence data in the industry from time to time, such as new products, sales trend and market share as business reference

    職位要求

    • Degree holder with Finance, Economics or related disciplines
    • At least 10 years with related working experience in the financial industry
    • Holders of SFC licenses for Type 1 and 4 regulated activities
    • Strong understanding of all WM&B products including HK and US equities,  WM products including Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Bonds, Insurance & MPF
    • Strong business drive and sharp market sense on future business trend to identify the right product strategies in different market situation. Good risk assessment ability and able to balance between risk and business potential
    • Basic understanding of operation flow from front end to back end office for all products
    • Competent regulatory and compliance knowledge for all products
    • Strong leadership with strength in people management and influencing skills
    • Good presentation and interpersonal skills, possess good network in the industry
