The key responsibilities of the position

• Dedicated support on product materials revision to meet latest regulatory (e.g. HKMA & AMCM) and compliance comments.
• Provide support on product materials preparation and proof-reading (e.g. materials for approval; Chinese translation; develop glossary table of prohibited wordings …etc.)
• Provide support on launching business initiatives (e.g. Vitality, rider, OTP enhancement …etc.)
• Assist the team on product launch preparation (e.g. generate illustration case, simple calculation…etc.)
• Provide administrative support on frontline communication (e.g. campaign memo preparation; comparison preparation; proper filing… etc.)

Requirements

•          Form 7 or above with minimum 1 year working experience
•          Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
•          Good team player and detail oriented
•          Is willing to work during non-office hour
•          Experience in insurance product team will be a plus
•          Efficient MS application and Chinese input
