Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Conduct user requirement analysis for the development/implementation of new systems

·         Prepare project documentation such as Functional Specifications/Use Case Specifications

·         Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test and implementation activities

·         Plan and coordinate training for end-users

·         Work with business partners during system implementation and manage post implementation support

·         Possess and apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments

·         Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks

·         Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable

·         Devise test plans and lead/conduct system testing and documentation

·         Support system demonstration

Requirement:

·         Ideally have more than 3 years of experience in a system analyst role

·         Banking domain knowledge is highly regarded

·         Bachler Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

·         Experience in database programming

·         Experience in programming language of Java

·         Experience in programming for web application development

·         Experience in different stages of the software development lifecycle

·         Knowledge of system / application testing and automated testing tool
