職位描述
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance and day-to-day operation support to senior executive
- In charge of scheduling and managing the calendar of senior executive
- Scheduling and arranging all travel arrangements for senior executive
- Assist senior executive on project coordination & implementation
- Provide some administrative/secretarial support to the Senior Management Team
- Liaise and interact with senior management as well as business partners
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
職位要求
Requirements:
- University graduate in business discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant secretarial experience in serving senior management
- Well-organized, result-driven, proactive and energetic
- Quick to respond to changing circumstances
- Presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent time management and detail-minded in organizing business work
- Excellent in both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
