    • Description


      • Drive the growth momentum in cards portfolio and gain market share;
      • Drive interest bearing balances through dedicated acquisition, retention and win back of installment and revolving balances;
      • Formulate and drive going-forward digitalization strategy;
      • Deploy optimal Credit Line Management Strategy to maximize Risk/Return of the portfolio to existing customers;
      • Lead Fee Realization Strategy;
      • Lead discussion with Risk and Credit Operations identify opportunities to drive incremental ANR and revenues through credit/risk actions;
      • Partner with sales leaders to meet volume and product yield targets;
      • Make adjustments to product programs, pricing etc, where needed;
      • Lead generation and campaign management;
      • Work cross functionally to ensure execution of portfolio actions- Functions include, O&T, Finance, DM, Risk, Compliance and Credit Operations;
      • Ensure full compliance to local and global regulations;
      • Coach, train and motivate a team of portfolio managers.


      Qualifications


      • University graduate with at least 10+ years of experience;
      • Strong understanding of credit philosophy in Cards/Personal Loans;
      • Attention to details and strong mind for processes and process re-engineering;
      • Solid understanding of digital payment eco-system;
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
      • Strong Marketing and analytical skills;
      • Strong organisation and program execution skills;
      • Ability to multitask and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
      • Results-orientated.
