Responsibilities:
- Independently manage in channel service development to ensure successful and timely delivery of new services
- Develop and implement channel services by working through the whole development cycle e.g. preparing business proposal, user requirement and planning
- Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Identify new service and business opportunity
- Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
- Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
職位要求
Requirements:
- University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital product/service development and project management in banking/finance industry is preferred
- Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
- Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control such as TM-E-1 of e-Banking
- Knowledge of latest Fintech, digital landscape and trends, innovative and details-oriented
- Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
