• Be the key driver to enhance the Bank’s payment & transfer end-to-end journey (online & in-branch)
• Oversee transaction banking strategy and capabilities
• Drive new initiatives to achieve radical digitalization and improve client experience
• Play leading role in Transaction Banking projects to launch new functions for delivering remarkable experience yet fulfilling all internal & external controls
• Ensure strict compliance to rules & regulations and achieve satisfactory result for all internal/external audit

Job Requirement

• University or above
• 5 years’ experience in banking or fintech industry and preferred with supervisory experience
• Solid experience in managing online payment functions or digital banking is a definite advantage
• Project management experience is preferred
• Customer centric with strong business acumen
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skill, and with strong sense of ownership
