Roles and Responsibilities
- Compile sales & management reporting to facilitate business review of the Channels.
- Ensure smooth BAU operations with business partners including channel services, operational and administrative support etc
- Coordinate with internal and external users on user requirement developments and new initiatives and perform UAT on IT enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal on the development and execution of TOM supporting multi-channel, including banks
- Handle daily/hands-on operational tasks included but not limited to complaint handling, daily data files preparation, system update etc.
- Look for ways to streamline the current workflow to strike for efficient operations by driving enhancements on systems and workflows streamline where necessary
- Provide management support and analyse data to evaluate business performance
- Assist Team Head and Department Head on ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements
- University/College graduate with 3-4 years’ relevant working experiences
- Solid project management and process improvement experiences
- Experience on digital platform/ e-commerce/ InsurTech is a plus
- Hands on experience in sales operations/ sales support
- Strong sense of ownership
- Proactive and independent
- Responsible, detailed-minded and team-oriented
- Analytical skills with good MS knowledge including but not limited to Excel
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
