    職位描述

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Compile sales & management reporting to facilitate business review of the Channels.
    • Ensure smooth BAU operations with business partners including channel services, operational and administrative support etc
    • Coordinate with internal and external users on user requirement developments and new initiatives and perform UAT on IT enhancement.
    • Coordinate with internal on the development and execution of TOM supporting multi-channel, including banks
    • Handle daily/hands-on operational tasks included but not limited to complaint handling, daily data files preparation, system update etc.
    • Look for ways to streamline the current workflow to strike for efficient operations by driving enhancements on systems and workflows streamline where necessary
    • Provide management support and analyse data to evaluate business performance
    • Assist Team Head and Department Head on ad hoc assignments

    Job Requirements

    • University/College graduate with 3-4 years’ relevant working experiences
    • Solid project management and process improvement experiences
    • Experience on digital platform/ e-commerce/ InsurTech is a plus
    • Hands on experience in sales operations/ sales support
    • Strong sense of ownership
    • Proactive and independent
    • Responsible, detailed-minded and team-oriented
    • Analytical skills with good MS knowledge including but not limited to Excel
    • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
