Responsible for managing the MyLink application team, and manage the project scope, resources allocation, cost management, risk analysis and integration;
Lead and manage project from inception to completion, including establishing projects plans, requirement analysis, driving planned activities, monitoring & tracking progress;
Coordinate with project team and other department to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects within a timely manner;
Responsible for communicating with development team, to fully inform the demand for IT and other stakeholders.to maintain good relations and effective communication; tracing the result and benefit of project;
Track project deliverables and prepare reports defining project progress, problems and solution
