- Support the Equity sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Liaise with clients and companies in Mainland China and HK in Mandarin and English
- Track industry dynamics of Asia real estate sector with special focus on China and HK, and regulatory trends various products, industries, markets and in house research views to provide actionable insights to sales team
- Collaborate with product group experts, traders and salespeople to channel client feedback and two-way sharing of information, to optimize the firm's ability to meet the needs of clients
- Prior Experience in the following is mandatory to effectively support the sales teams overall objective
- Research on the operational performance of Real Estate, REITS and Infrastructure companies domiciled in Mainland China and HK on regular basis, which includes: new project analysis, demand-supply analysis, competitive position analysis, market size analysis, regulatory changes and its impact on the industry
- Financial performance analysis of Real Estate, REITS and Infrastructure companies on regular basis, which include: accounting, financial governance and policies, valuation using multiple standard techniques, liquidity/short-term factors & profitability/peer comparisons
- Financial modelling for Real Estate, REITS and Infrastructure companies including historical and projections, conducting peer comparable analysis, DCF and relative valuation
- Contributd to trading ideas, company/industry reviews, and preparing research notes; and drafting thematic reports with investment ideas for the investors in the Real Estate, REITS and Infrastructure space
- Communicate with company management, investors and organizing investor conferences
