    職位描述

    Manages the IT Infrastructure Teams (including Technical Services, End User Services and digital transformation & Innovation) for ensuring a stable network environment; providing a secure and efficient computer platform; servicing users in a timely and professional manner; managing technology risk, vendor performance, production control, IT procurement, inventory control, technical and user supports in accordance with the Company guidelines; planning and implementing IT infrastructure and digital solutions to support the Company’s overall business strategies.

     

    • Ensures high network stability / availability for providing smooth production environment.
    • Monitors administration activities of servers and network to mitigate risks and to ensure adherence to security policies.
    • Plans and upgrades network infrastructure for supporting business growth and the Company long term strategic goals.
    • Drives innovations and promotes information technology to agency force and internal users.
    • Responsible for the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of the Digital Transformation & Innovation Program.
    • Ensures IT procurement and asset management are carried out in accordance with the Company guidelines.
    • Provides IT related service to the Company Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and coordinating annual BCP drill to support business continuity.
    • Manages team resources and performance for ensuring all servicing activities are conducted timely and effectively.
    • Manages succession planning implement training and development activities to ensure the succession planning is effective.
    • Analyses and resolves critical technical problems.
    • Establishes IT solutions for meeting user requirements.
    • Conducts strategic sourcing process for vendors / products evaluation and to achieve the optimal mix of price, service level / quality of product.
    • Monitors outsourced projects and activities for ensuring smooth implementation / digital transformation, timely completion and quality deliverables.
    • Plans, schedules and monitors projects to ensure smooth completion and with quality deliverable.
    • Plans and prepares budget for timely replacement of obsolete hardware and software.
    • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
    • Supports the Company and Stakeholders in the definition and implementation of their Digital Strategy and Transformation & Innovation
    • Coordinates and governances of the Digital Transformation & Innovation
    • Ensures overall program and specific projects are implemented within given timeline and budget and provides managing project updates and alerts to the Management team.

    Job Requirements:

     

    • A Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
    • Minimum ten years of relevant experience with at least three years at managerial level, preferably in insurance industry.
    • Strong leadership and team building ability.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Practical experience in system capacity planning and solution design.
    • Strong service management and project management skills.
    • Acute awareness of IT security with ability to establish procedures and enforce compliance.
    • Proficiency in IT budget forecast and preparation.
    • Solid experience in vendor sourcing and management.
    • Ability to keep up with the latest technology.
