職位描述
- Act as branch & event coordinator and back-up to certain administrative tasks
- Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations, etc.
- Setup/Coordinate monthly branch Managers and sales team meeting
- Take up the offloading admin tasks from Branches such as new hired on boarding system IDs setup/access cards application/arranging stationary ordering, etc.
- Handle all sort of administrative projects for both branch and non-branch
- Coordinate and maintain the daily schedules of the meeting and event log
- Back up Secretarial support to Sales Management Team
- Conduct all other duties as directed by Sales Management Team
- Support all related COVID administrative tasks
職位要求
- Diploma or above with 1-2 years' relevant experience
- Good PC knowledge on MS Word & Excel
- Service oriented and attentive to details
- Willing to learn and work overtime
