- Provide administrative support to a Private Banking Team
- Report to Business Admin Manager, work with the Team Executive to support the team admin
- Assist GMM for secretarial works
- Support expense claims/review
- Maintain various excel tracking
- Prepare presentation decks
職位要求
- Diploma or above with 1-2 years' experience as Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Patience and hardworking
