職位描述
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update files and records systematically to ensure the accessibility
- To sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (e.g. envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Answer the phone and record messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Handle daily paper work (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet creation, photocopying, etc.)
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
- Take minutes and dictation during the meetings
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (e.g. paper clips, stationery, etc.)
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
- Handle outdoor delivery tasks
- Perform other office duties as assigned
職位要求
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder is preferred
- Detail-minded and proactive
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Good Knowledge of MS office
- Familiar with office procedures
- Good communication and organization skills
