職位描述
- Handle customer inquries, request and complaints
- Handle customer requests on dispute transaction, re-issue of statement, sales slip or other information retrieval
- Maintain and update customer information upon request
- Assist Marketing department in telemarketing of credit card product
職位要求
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- 2-3 years' relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferable in credit card products
- Shift duty is required
- Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
