- Manage the daily operations of all teams
- Energize and strengthen company culture in the HK office from top to bottom. Provide leadership and support to all teams to achieve strategic goals
- Develop, implement or iterate policies and procedures to improve the operational efficiency
- Design feedback loops with operations, business and marketing teams to monitor and continuously improve service quality and carry out improvements
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of various service products and work with different teams to improve client acquisition
- Build and launch various campaigns with marketing team and external parties to strengthen brand positioning and capture attention
- Oversee hiring, staff training and development, ensuring that all teams receive sufficient resources, and all employees receive appropriate training and support
- Participate in executive suite discussions of regional budgeting, planning and strategy
職位要求
- 5+ years of management experience in similar position
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and slides
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
