Energize and strengthen company culture in the HK office from top to bottom. Provide leadership and support to all teams to achieve strategic goals
Develop, implement or iterate policies and procedures to improve the operational efficiency
Design feedback loops with operations, business and marketing teams to monitor and continuously improve service quality and carry out improvements
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of various service products and work with different teams to improve client acquisition
Build and launch various campaigns with marketing team and external parties to strengthen brand positioning and capture attention
Oversee hiring, staff training and development, ensuring that all teams receive sufficient resources, and all employees receive appropriate training and support
Participate in executive suite discussions of regional budgeting, planning and strategy

5+ years of management experience in similar position
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and slides
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
