- Creating, administering, and implementing winning business development strategies that the company should purse.
- Identifying, evaluating, and conducting follow-up on sales leads to closing the deal.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with various key strategic individuals like local leaders, key industry players, and strategic suppliers and financial organizations.
- To oversee and implement the full sales cycle which involves market research, market analysis, pitching to various prospects, and client retention.
- Manage and motivate team members in achieving the goals set by the company.
- Work closely with other departments in reviewing, enhancing and improving service standards and operation efficiency in order to enrich client experience
職位要求
- Senior Management experience for at least 10 years
- Personal professional network in Mainland China to act as key person to develop our business
- Able to work independently in a remote market and achieve result in highly stressful environment;
- Ability in new business development and corporate strategic planning
- Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
- Native Mandarin speaker
