Provide optimal systems availability, minimize users’ disruption and downtime

Secure network by developing secured network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation

Establish IT best practices and enforce IT standards, policies and procedures for security and control to protect organization’s value by keeping data & information confidential

Responsible for IT Project and Vendor Management (from Assessment, Procurement, Go-Live, Yearly renewal to Decommission)

Responsible for User Management and engaging users on their request for IT solution, required briefings and trainings

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent

Professional accreditation i.e. CCNA or MCITP, etc.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as a IT System Analyst
