  • Job Description

    • Report to Chief Executive Officer; 
    • Responsible for the Finance, Treasury and Accounting, including daily & monthly management a/c reporting, financial budgets & forecast.
    • Review and implement accounting policies, procedure and system in line with company's policies.
    • Responsible for analyzing the inputs from different departments, subsidiaries and associates and follow up with abnormalities highlighted.
    • Check/review the monthly payout to AEs.
    • Review the monthly returns of licensed subsidiaries to SFC.
    • Oversee monthly close and the daily financial related matters of the Group and review management estimate and monthly consolidated management accounts in line with Group’s policies and requirements.
    • Review & ensure the monthly consolidated a/c package and related reports are prepared timely in line with company’s requirements.
    • Review profits tax computation of Group companies and submit the computation of major subsidiaries for the review of Tax.
    • Assist in daily treasury operations and funding.
    • Assist in corporate exercise and ad hoc assignments.
    • Review the interim & annual consolidated a/cs and annual a/cs of licensed subsidiaries and other major subsidiaries.
    • Check and review the annual bonus computation of the Group in line with company's policy & formula.
    • Maintain close relationship with the company’s relationship banks and to obtain sufficient funding for business growth wherever necessary.
    • Responsible for overall treasury planning, liabilities management and relationship and relationship management with banks and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee cash and liquidity management, external funding (include but not limited to banking facilities) arrangement.    
    • Coordinate with internal business units on fund planning and align with the financial policies
    • Advise management team on treasury position for business
    • Review treasury policy to reduce/mitigate potential treasury risks and exposures 


    • A degree holder in Accounting with professional designation in Accounting.
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in listed company, together with
    • At least 5 years solid experience in regulated business with SFC
    • Strong analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
    • Solid knowledge of HK Accounting Standard, Listing Rules, Securities & Future Ordinance and HK taxation.
    • Proficiency in MS office application
    • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
