Define customer value propositions for target segments and oversee all customer-facing activities – campaigns, promotions, advertising and loyalty programs etc to ensure alignment of segment proposition.
Develop and execute customer value proposition and plans for meeting the annual business targets
Participate in the product development, campaign design and execution to be in line with the experience and proposition defined for that segment to ensure the right fit between product portfolio, segment needs and growth goals
Formulate differentiated segmentation strategies based on researches and customers insights
Build capability to penetrate the identified segments
Drive strategic segment initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives
Develop digital segmentation sale tools for accelerating growth
Requirements
University degree with over 5yrs working experience in financial services insurance or related industry, at least 5 years of which in a Marketing customer relationship management, Business Development, or Project Management role
Insurance experience and segmentation experience is a must
Strong business acumen and result oriented with proven track record in attaining business results
Strong analytical and execution skills
Able to lead internal and cross-functional teams and be a team player
Good in spoken and written Chinese and English
Required to be licensed if the job may involve regulated activities
