Job Description
Responsible to develop and execute the product marketing program mechanics to promote Transactional Banking services, including Stocks, Deposit and Payment and Transfer services via digital channels to all customer segments with justified P&L, at the same time to monitor the results of product related ATL and BTL promotions,. The final deliverables will be assisted by the Marketing Communications Team
Assist line manager to formulate initiatives and strategies to build the awareness and encourage clients’ usage on Digital Banking platform for Transactional Banking services
Work closely with different teams, including Product Team, Operation, Compliance, etc. on the development of cross-selling strategy and marketing promotions
Monitor channels’ performance on product and services cross-selling, usage on Transaction Banking services, mainly work with Digital Banking and Product Teams
Manage and monitor marketing budget to enhance marketing efficiency
Prepare regular MIS and management report
Handle client enquiries whenever necessary
Requirements
University graduate
Minimum 5 years of working experiences in marketing, preferably in banking or digital marketing (e.g. facebook, google, yahoo etc)
Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English
Knowledge of marketing technique and banking knowledge is essential
Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player
Self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
Excellent skill in Excel/Powerpoint/Word and basic statistical knowledge would be added advantages
