Independently develop and manage a portfolio of LLC (Large Local Corporate) and MME (Middle Market Enterprise) customers
Prospect and originate quality new customers to expand the bank’s penetration in the mid-cap segment
Maximize cross-sell of the bank’s products including loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury and investment products
Develop close relationships with risk, operation and product to ensure delivery of quality products and services to customers
Manage the risk management process for the designated customer portfolio and be accountable for the on going monitoring of credit quality and compliance with bank’s policies
Coach and develop less experienced RMs within the team
Requirements
University degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of solid corporate banking experience with a reputable financial institution
Strong risk assessment skills and good knowledge of corporate banking products including trade finance, cash management, treasury and investment products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven marketing skills with track record in new customer acquisition
Aggressive, ambitious, and be keen to develop and follow up on business opportunities
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are definite advantage
