Manage, plan and implement sales and service activities on a portfolio of commercial clients;
Effectively managing, developing, and retaining quality relationships;
Achieve business targets by identifying and realizing business opportunities in trade and credit solutions, delivering customized one-stop financial services via cross-selling to deepen business penetration into relationship portfolio;
Protect the bank’s assets and reputation by knowing the customer and their business, monitoring for suspicious behaviour, and taking appropriate action as set forth in operating policies when necessary;
Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on operations, credit standards, etc.
Requirements
University graduate with 3 years proven banking experience and relevant exposure in commercial credit;
Good understanding of commercial banking products and services, preferably trade and credit knowledge;
Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills;
Excellent team player with strong motivation and drive to grow business revenue.
