    Description

    • Perform credit processing and credit underwriting for Unsecured Products (eg. Card, Unsecured Personal Loan)
    • Render support on quality check to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and credit policy
    • Support end-to-end application processing to cope with the business growth
    • Monitor turnaround time (TAT) of applications within SLA commitment
    • Exercise credit judgment in evaluating applications relating to both personal credit facilities/loan products in compliance with the established policy guidelines as well as operating procedures and capable of striking a balance between risk and reward
    • Prepare regular and specific MIS/credit management reports for management review
    • Perform various credit control and monitoring functions
    • Participate in system project implementation to achieve process automation and simplification and result in efficient operation
    • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • University graduate with 3 years' working experience in consumer credit business, preferably credit underwriting for unsecured lending application
    • Good accounting and financial analysis skills
    • Strong sense of compliance awareness
    • Proven credit analysis experience gained from a financial institution with in depth knowledge and structured credit
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and excellent skills in financial and credit risk analysis
    • Self-initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
    • Willing to work overtime
    • Possess decision making and problem solving techniques
    • Good communication skills.  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
