Support the Head of Digital Banking to drive the digital strategy for the bank, especially on emerging FinTech solutions
Design the consumer’s digital journey on our digital assets with remarkable customer experience and maximize the opportunity for product acquisition, cross-selling, and cost savings
Lead and manage multiple digital initiatives for on-time delivery
Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including product owners users, compliance, legal, infosec, operations and technology, and external vendors to construct and deliver quality digital service solution
Prepare project documentation for user requirements, testing plan, risk assessment and internal training
Work closely with regional and global for project preparation and prioritization
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in project management or digital banking
Digital savvy with keen interests in mobile and web technologies and trends
Strong business acumen and analytical ability
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
People management experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
Excellent written in English and Chinese and fluent spoken English
