    Description

    ·         Formulate and deliver multi-channel acquisition strategies across segments, oversee the branding, awareness, client experience and new client profitability

    ·         As key project lead to work with different teams, including Regional teams, Product teams, Sales teams, Branding, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc. on the new acquisition initiatives / value proposition development and delivery

    ·         Responsible to drive client acquisitions and manage related ATL and BTL programs, including advertising, media plan management, branch POS, cross-selling program to the Bank’s customer base (e.g., Credit Card / loan base), online display banners, performance marketing, partnership, social media O2O and client events  

    ·         Monitor sales channels’ performance on acquisition, mainly work with direct sales, Relationship Managers, Bankers, Digital Acquisitions, Telemarketing team on referral & conversion

    ·         Develop and enhance customer value propositions and client experience, particularly the Global Banking value proposition and process to facilitate cross-border referral

    ·         Deliver early engagement framework to continuously improve the on-boarding experience, product take-up and profitability of new clients

    ·         Perform regular new client profitability analysis, identify gaps and propose action plans to improve the return on investment of client acquisitions  

    ·         Manage marketing budget to enhance marketing efficiency

     

    ·         Manage regular MIS and management report

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    ·         University graduate

    ·         Minimum 8 years of working experiences in banking industry, preferably in marketing

    ·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese fluent in Mandarin is a must

    ·         Good leadership, interpersonal skills and be a good team player

    ·         Self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines

    ·         Knowledge of marketing technique and banking knowledge is essential

    ·         Willing to travel and have short-term stay in China

    ·         Excellent skill in Excel / PowerPoint / Word and basic statistical knowledge would be added advantages
