    Key Responsibilities :

     

    •             Perform annual cycle of needs analysis by partnership with team head and HR Business Partners to perform the process.  Identify skills / capability gaps and develop proper learning solutions to address Personal & Business Banking Group Operation and Sales Staff capabilities development needs. 

    •             Apply analytical and innovative thinking in designing, developing and delivering high quality programs and courseware that address internal customer’s business requirements.

    •             Craft communication to promote programs rollout, market learning programs and to foster a learning and engagement culture.

    •             Develop and conduct new joiners’ programs across PBG front line business, operations, and back office departments.

    •             Deploy and monitor the rollout of annual regulatory refresher programs, knowledge quizzes, CPD / CPT hours fulfilment, and any related training on regulatory requirements.

    •             Identify digital learning tools to enhance the flexibility of learning and enhance people desire in continuous learning.

    •             Evaluate training effectiveness periodically in order to enhance training programs quality and learning effectiveness.  Prepare surveys, reports and analysis for management review.

    •             Communicate effectively with various parties across functions in the Bank and coordinate with external service vendors in the areas of course structure, program content and delivery approach to address specific development needs of personal & business banking.

    •             Work with departments and subject matter experts to plan, develop and facilitate business knowledge briefings and / or training programs in order to enhance business and product knowledge of employees.  Facilitate teambuilding, offsite meetings, people engagement activities, and recommend qualified vendors to provide relevant solutions within budget.

    •             Strengthen brand name by entering industry awards such as HKIB Outstanding Financial Management Planners Awards, HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development and so on.

    •             Participate in ad hoc projects.

    Requirements

    Requirements :

     

    •             Degree holder or above.

    •             Minimum 5 years banking experience.

    •             Hands-on experience in delivering staff activities and staff engagement projects.

    •             Sound knowledge of general banking knowledge, HR knowledge and people engagement initiatives.

    •             Result oriented with strong initiative and proactive approach.

    •             Good planning and project management skills.

    •             Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

    •             Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
