Description
· Lead a team to expand customer portfolio, focusing on the Chinese companies and their Hong Kong operating companies
· Set up strategies to promote commercial banking products including Financing products, Cash, Treasury and identify business opportunities for CMO (Capital Market Origination)
· Work closely with various internal partners, including but not limited to Risk and Product Partners, to structure and deliver customized satisfaction and bank’s return
· Develop cross-sell opportunities that deliver the franchise
· Lead the team to meet with various KPIs / scorecards
Qualifications
· Degree holder with at least 10 solid experience in the banking industry, preferably in Greater China Region
· 5 years or above experience in leading sales teams
· Previous success and proven track record in new business development
· Strong risk and credit sense with strong financial and analytic skills
· Strong leadership and relationship building skills, good problem solving skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with different parties for best solutions.
