    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily operational support, coordination and monitoring of digital content delivery and maintenance for all digital channels of the bank;
    • Manage on-going content updates, develop webpages and eDM templates, oversee and continuous housekeeping of digital content quality;
    • Work closely with multiple regional and country teams, align expectations, compile and prioritize requests and solutions. Respond to queries from business stakeholders about technical issues of digital environment and digital analytic tagging;
    • Understand business requirements for digital environment and prepare requirements documentation;
    • Lead effective digital analytics tagging, digital metric tracking and performance report generation;
    • Stay consistently ahead in the industry by identifying key areas for improvements and seeking opportunities to enhance overall customer’s digital banking experience.

     

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Computer Science, Information technology, Web Development or equivalent;
    • 1 - 3 years experience in digital content management and analytics;
    • Fresh Graduate will also be considered;
    • Proficient in HTML and CSS with SEO concepts and best practices, JavaScript, JSON, XML (with a working understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, modern web standards and accessibility techniques);
    • Sound knowledge of web publishing tools e.g. Dreamweaver;
    • Possesses good coding, testing and documenting skills;
    • Skill in building strong and synergistic partnerships with internal and external teams to provide a differentiated online customer experience;
    • Keen interest and passionate for keeping up with ever-changing digital technology and tools;
    • Fast learner, conscientiousness, strong attention to detail, passionate, self-motivated and an excellent team player;
    • Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work well independently and meet tight deadlines;
    • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
