Develop and execute event projects - responsible for seamless event execution and assist with event queries, policies and external resource planning.
Support execution and assist in developing innovative approaches and total solutions for wide range of event management initiatives for the Company and multiple business units
Implement a series of client events including seminars, client engagement programmes, and networking events with a customer-centric focus while leveraging brand awareness
Collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels, including different distribution channels, compliance, legal, administration, and operation, etc. to facilitate holistic planning and smooth implementation of marketing activities
Manage vendor relationships, such as Marketing / PR agencies and Production House, to organize different kinds of marketing events in a timely and efficient manner
Support the integration projects of the team
Collaborate with the stakeholders to support Market Research and Insight
Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners via various marketing events
Manage projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
5+ years of marketing experience in professional services or event management
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communications skills to management relationships with various internal and external parties
Strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills with a passion in event management
