Job Description:

Develop and execute event projects - responsible for seamless event execution and assist with event queries, policies and external resource planning.

• Support execution and assist in developing innovative approaches and total solutions for wide range of event management initiatives for the Company and multiple business units
• Implement a series of client events including seminars, client engagement programmes, and networking events with a customer-centric focus while leveraging brand awareness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels, including different distribution channels, compliance, legal, administration, and operation, etc. to facilitate holistic planning and smooth implementation of marketing activities
• Manage vendor relationships, such as Marketing / PR agencies and Production House, to organize different kinds of marketing events in a timely and efficient manner
• Support the integration projects of the team
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to support Market Research and Insight
• Build and maintain close relationships with clients and business partners via various marketing events
• Manage projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of marketing experience in professional services or event management
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to management relationships with various internal and external parties
• Strong analytical and innovative problem solving skills with a passion in event management
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Indesign
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
