Job Description
Principal responsibilities:
Develop and deploy web content in a timely and accurate manner with proper execution of control and release procedures
Coordinate with business users and IT development team to ensure dynamic update & releases on Bank's websites and mobile applications
Serve as the digital subject matter expert of all digital and marketing programs
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
Monitor the progress of e-product and e-services development, and develop online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction
Identify business opportunities for improving competitiveness of online business
Requirements
Requirements:
University degree in web design, computer science, information system or a related discipline
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Minimum five years' experience in web content management
Keen interest in latest mobile and web technologies and trends
Self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite is a plus
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
