Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Business Managers to acquire foreign/offshore SME clients and deposit
• Cross sell cash management services to foreign/offshore SME clients
• Establish and maintain strong network and relationship with various business partners
• Ensure professional service are provided and in compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Attract, develop and retain talented staff to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, preferably in business banking segment
• Strong sales background with ability to expand channels to grow the business
• Experience in leading a sales team is preferred
• Positive and result-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of KYC and CDD procedures
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
