Description

• Assist the direct supervisor in achieving qualitative control process in place
• Ensure proper implementation and compliance of credit policies, standards and procedures
• Co-ordinate of periodic MCA, QAF, internal and external audit review or Exam
• Oversight vendor / outsourcing vendor approval and monitoring process
• Oversight Payment Risk Systems approval and monitoring process
• Maintain credit delegation empowerment and monitoring of performance of credit officers
• Ensure the internal and external regulatory reporting are delivered timely and accurately to assure data integrity
• Work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure proper implementation and compliance with Bank policies, standards and procedures; and also Regulatory Policies

Qualifications

• University graduate
• At least 5 years banking and credit working experience
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a detached and independent perspective
• Sound knowledge of internal and external Bank policy and regulatory requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
