Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the overall product management framework and processes to maintain and grow the portfolio 
• Prepare and update necessary documentation for product approvals and procedural manuals 
• Work with bank stakeholders and insurance companies to develop and monitor the end-to-end product operating processes 
• Gather market intelligence on product competitiveness 

Requirements: 

• Over 8 years of experience in banks or FI, preferably in retail loans or life insurance.   
• Familiar with developing and monitoring of processes and workflow 
• Attentive to details with good organizational skills 
• Able to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders 
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
