Responsibilities
· Manage a team of mortgage sales specialists including outreach, inbound/outbound call centre representatives to achieve the assigned business targets and objectives to support growth of first and second mortgage loan businesses
· Build and cultivate relationship with real estate agencies, solicitors and brokers
· Actively promote mortgage products to customers based on client’s needs through own network, alliances and referrals
· Maintain relationship with existing mortgage customers
· Develop, implement and drive marketing plans & tactical promotion campaigns for mortgage product to expand clientele and increase revenue & market share
· Consistently deliver the required level of service standards
· Work closely with internal stakeholders on the end-to-end mortgage application process
Requirements
· Degree holder or above
· Possess at least 10 years of sales experience focusing on mortgage from financial institutions or banks with team management experience
· Proven track record in sales and client network, in particular, generation of new business opportunities
· Familiarity with the latest policy, competitor offerings and economic / market trends
· A self-starter with the ability to motivate others
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
· Ability to make professional judgment with high integrity and a strong sense of compliance awareness
