Plan and execute various acquisition and cross-selling strategies & initiatives to achieve business KPI on portfolio growth, customer acquisition and retention
Formulate and Implement marketing campaigns to promote mortgage products to drive business growth and customer value proposition
Develop digital acquisition channels
Collaborate closely with the direct sales and telesales teams to uplift sales effectiveness and boost sales productivity
Review and optimize loan application process to enhance customer onboarding experience and operation efficiency
Assist in managing and scrutinizing marketing budget to ensure ROI and cost efficiency
Liaise with creative and media agencies to optimize marketing campaigns effectiveness
Ensure operations, workflows and processes are proper and effective as well as in compliance with internal and external guidelines
Requirements
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Possess 10 years of relevant experience in product marketing, customer acquisition or business development in financial institutions , preferably gained in consumer finance business.
Sound knowledge of secured lending products and services with strong business acumen towards property market and macro-economic environment
Knowledge of digital marketing preferable
Flexible, independent, self-starter with tenacity to succeed
A good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
