Formulate and deliver digital acquisition strategies across banking segments to meet and exceed client acquisition, digital acquisition share, client experience and profitability targets
As key project lead to work with different teams, including Regional teams, Product teams, Sales teams, Branding, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc. on the development and delivery of the Bank’s remote account opening and digital sales enabler initiatives
Monitor sales channels’ performance on acquisition, mainly work with direct sales, Relationship Managers, Bankers, Digital Acquisitions, Telemarketing team on referral & conversion
Lead and drive other strategic initiatives including but not limited to internal cross-business unit referrals campaign, Digital MGM platform, Online Upgrade and Global Banking value proposition development
Perform client experience journey and new client profitability analysis, identify gaps and propose action plans to improve client experience, lead conversion and return on investment of client acquisitions
Manage marketing budget to optimize acquisition spend efficiency
Manage regular MIS and management presentation
Requirements
Qualifications
University graduate
Minimum 8 years of working experiences in banking industry, preferably in marketing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good leadership, interpersonal skills and be a good team player
Self-motivated, independent, passionate, result-oriented and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Knowledge of marketing technique and banking knowledge is essential
Excellent skill in Excel / Powerpoint / Word and basic statistical knowledge would be added advantages
